I guide you to set appropriate goals for physical activity and healthy eating. This could include going to the grocery store together, planning and preparing healthy meals and snacks at home, and identifying key emotional triggers for “mis-eating.” As a certified health coach who has also been a personal trainer for over 30 years, I can also help you implement the right exercise routines that support your body and your specific goals.
