As your personal health coach, I guide, educate, motivate, and encourage physical activity, healthful eating, and behavioral changes leading to a healthy lifestyle.  I am supportive, compassionate, non-judgmental, and have a strong desire to help you find solutions to your health goals.  Some customized plans might include:

How I Help You

I guide you to set appropriate goals in terms of physical activity and healthy eating.  This could include going to the grocery store together, planning and preparing healthy meals and snacks at home, and identifying key emotional triggers for “mis-eating.”  As a certified health coach who has also been a personal trainer for over thirty years, I can also help you implement the right exercise routines that support your body and your specific goals.
