We all lead busy lives. And, we all know the benefits of moving our bodies everyday. It can be challenging to find time to do a structured 30 minute workout. Sneak these activities into your daily routine and they will soon become a habit!
I am so excited to share my book with you! Take a look!
Welcome to my website and my first blog!
I have been a personal trainer and health coach for over 30 years. When I turned 60, it helped me to understand that wellness is a whole new ballgame. The book I have recently written, GETTING TO the BEST YOU, is a book my clients have asked me to write. It’s a book that meets women where they are. No guilt. No quick fixes. No promises. In fact, it’s a SLOW fix that makes the rest of your life worth living.
