Are You Eating the Rainbow?

A variety of colors of food you eat each day offers a greater diversity of nutrients needed to reach the BEST YOU.

Try a rainbow of colors in foods such as beets, squash, eggplant, blackberries, carrots, and kiwis. Did you know that kiwis have more vitamin C than oranges? Try a new vegetable such as bok choy, Swiss chard & dandelion greens. Chard is loaded with fiber, vitamins K and C.

Each food has their own special nutrient quality. So be sure to eat a variety of colorful foods every day.

The better you eat, the better you feel. The better you feel, the better you will play and engage in life.
